CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System by Basement Systems Inc.
Did you know that there is a source of mold, mildew, humidity, and insects in your home? is your crawl space.
While the dirt or cement in you crawl appear dry, it is full of moisture and humidity that leaks directly into your home. This moisture can ruin your home by providing a hospitable environment for mold, fungi, and insects that can destroy your wood framing.

Pisgah Insulation & Fireplaces of NC are certified Ecapsulated Crawl Providers. The crawl is sealed with a 20-mil, 7-ply sandwhich of high & low density polyethylene with a polyester cord reinforment on the floor and then fastened to the walls. The liner is treated with an antimicrobial finish that protects against mold and mildew growth beneath the system and it is an effective certified vapor barrier.
The liner is tough enough for service people to crawl on and safe enough for storage.
Properly sealing the crawl space and removing moisture from the ground and air is part of the solution that helps provide a mold-free, radon-freem and insect free environment, which leads to a healthier and more efficient home.
If you are looking to install a new sump pump in your crawl space, Basement Systems have several sump pump systems, all with WaterWatch alarm systems, that will suit your crawl space needs.
